Biography
Brian M. Jackson is a composer, music producer, audio engineer, sound designer, and educator based in Brooklyn, New York. From award-winning experimental video to TV placements on Fox, ESPN, and MTV, his sounds have been heard worldwide. Brian is the founder of Form Labs NYC, an independent audio production studio, and is the author of “The Music Producer’s Survival Guide: Chaos, Creativity, and Career in Independent and Electronic Music (Routledge, 2018).” One of the first Ableton Certified Trainers on the planet, he’s passionate about discovering new music, unexpected sound palettes, inspired science fiction, and Neopolitan pizza.
