Biography

William Perry is a media composer, arranger, and musician originally from St. Louis, MO, now based in Los Angeles, CA.  He started his undergraduate education at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he was awarded the George Delerue Memorial Scholarship, graduating Summa Cum Laude.  He later attended the University of Southern California for his Masters as the first recipient of the Diversity Screen Scoring Scholarship.

Most of his focus in life is centered around the things that go unseen, but are felt, nonetheless. His previous work with the Red Cross and Americorps gave him a deeper look at how vital these often hidden mechanisms power our world, and influence our very being.

He sees his role as a composer in a very similar way - to create an atmosphere, mood, or feeling that goes unseen, but is felt.
